Deck building and Camping!
Thanks to the help of many friends (Gord, Dave, Steve, Craig...)
The back deck is up... Not completely done, but usable - we had our inaugural BBQ tonight.
This deck is a long awaited and will help us make some use of out back yard...
in the middle of it all we still managed to get in a short camping trip to the sailing

The passing of a good friend
This week a good friend passed on.... no not a person... A car.
Sandi's 97 sable wagon went to car heaven, I know it sounds still somewhat of a recent year and should still be running... But it was used well in my travels over the years and we racked up 354000 KMS.... We really could not expect more from it, I have it on the drive way for sale for $425, hope someone wants to fix it up. (apparently you cant run a car with no oil pressure.... Go figure!!!)
Other highlights are the back door is coming a long, and hopefully the deck in a week or so... Keep posted for updates.
Other pics from our zoo trip with June and Tom and a ride in the convertible. Along with some ribbons from KP making it to the regionals in Track! Way to go Kid!
