The start to 2007!
Just a quick note to say, Wow what a start to 2007......
shyla (the dog) decided to try and make friends with a skunk two days ago.... not a great idea... it is a long story but we are trying desperately to get the stink out of the van, the house, the dog etc.... I blame global warming for the entire incident.... if it was colder the skunk would have been sleeping all winter!
Jessica was up all last night with the stomach flu.... no fun there....
The rental house will be occupied again in Feb.... very hopeful of the couple we have moving in, hope it will be a better experience than the last.
I just made plans to return to wpg in Feb to attend a camp and career day at Providence col. taking some info about CH there!
And Ernie, If you are out there somewhere (left a comment on the last post) Great to hear from you, sounds like your life is an adventure. you said to email you, but the post doesn't seem to have your email address on it, please leave it for me, I googled you, found lots of stuff but no email contact info)

Ho But! from your almost Menonite friend Karen (Barr) Wood! I have surfed into your blog a couple of times and have enjoyed reading up on your life. The church has Willow Creek leanings and is big into outreach and into helping the poor in our neighbourhood. No dogs, cats, goldfish etc. to report about. Sorry to hear about the dog incident. That doesn't sound like much fun at all.
I hope Jessica is feeling better. There's a flu bug going around here too. So far I've managed to stay away from it.
